When registering for, or participating in, our webinar events or when signing up for free offers or newsletters, users are required to give their contact information (such as name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number). We use this information for internal purposes only; to communicate with users and to provide requested services. We also use demographic information to improve our service and for marketing purposes.

The CRM Evaluation Center
The personal and company demographic information collected during the CRM Evaluation Center registration process is actually being collected directly by TechnologyEvaluation.com (TEC), the provider of this service. This information is being collected both on our behalf and for their own use.
In addition, all CRM Evaluation Center products and services that require payment (such as access time and RFP templates), require the collection of credit card information (such as account name, number and expiration date), which is used by TEC for billing purposes.

E-mail Newsletters
When users subscribe to our free CRM Mastery e-Journal Newsletter, we ask for basic contact information (name and e-mail address). This information is used exclusively for sending the e-Journal newsletter. Recipients of this newsletter can unsubscribe any time using the instructions listed at the end of each e-Journal newsletter.
Tell-A-Friend
If users elect to use our email referral service to inform business colleagues and friends about our CRM Mastery e-Journal Newsletter, we ask them for these people’s names and e-mail addresses. Free Offers, Surveys and Contests
From time to time we invite users to provide information to participate in free offers, surveys or contests. This Site includes features where users and clients can submit information to us (such as our Contact Us - Comments and Request form). Requests for service, support or information may be forwarded (internally within CRM Mastery) as needed to best respond to a specific request. Automatic Data Collection
Our web site has features that automatically collect information from users who use our online ordering (ecommerce/shopping cart system). We use "cookies," a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user.
